Join us for fitness classes on the rooftop patio of the Whittingham Discovery Center, overlooking beautiful Mill River Park. Watch the festival come to life as you take part in a 50-minute works outs to transform your body...and work off all the food from the delicious food trucks! 💪 Every dollar from this class goes directly to helping our Lucky Dogs in need, bringing us one step closer to our mission of creating a brighter, more compassionate world for all animals.

By the end of each SHRED workout, every major muscle group is engaged, and cardio drills are conquered.

Work out with Coach Alessia from Lifetime Fitness, on the rooftop patio of the Whittingham Discovery Center overlooking beautiful Mill River Park. Unlock your mind and body in this fully guided Vinyasa experience. As you synchronize your breath to your movements of yoga poses, your teacher will provide physical cues, guidance and variations. These movements help untie the knots of the body, especially in the bigger muscles of the thighs, glutes and back; that can block the flow of energy.
